 We do want you to be satisfied with your base purchase and we will happily provide a refund or store credit subject to the following:

  • Returns must be claimed strictly within 14 days from date of delivery.
  • Base Supply will only process a return for items purchased directly online from Base Supply (Please provide your original order number). Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items unless deemed faulty (see base warranty).
  • The item/s must be in their original packaging, with tags and in new/unused condition (returns will not be accepted without original packaging).
  • All return costs to Base Supply must be covered by the base customer. We recommend using registered post with tracking, to ensure your item/s reach us.
  • Base Supply is not liable for any losses or damages for returned goods.
  • Once Base Supply has received your return item/s we will inspect the goods to ensure they are in new/unused condition with original packaging. Base Supply reserves the right to refuse any item/s that do not meet our requirements.
  • Once a return has been approved, we will process a refund or store credit, minus any freight charges applied to the original order total.

Damaged on arrival? 

 We carefully inspect your base prior to dispatch. However sometimes production faults aren’t obvious or can be missed. If you have received a base that is faulty, email returns@basesupply.co strictly within 7 days of receiving your order and include these details (please note, we won't accept claims without the following details):

  • The original order number
  • Your name and contact details
  • The name of the item/s you are making a claim for
  • A photo of the fault

 

We'll email you instructions on how to return your base. Once we’ve received the returned item/s we will have your base assessed, if deemed faulty base will offer a product exchange (subject to availability) or a full refund including shipping costs. 

 

Base product warranty

 Base offers a warranty on all products defective strictly within 90 days of purchase. This warranty is valid only for defects deemed to be a manufacturing fault, and does not cover any damages or defects caused by normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.

  • Name of the item/s you are making a claim for
