Returns & Refunds

Please choose your base carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind. This policy doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 

 

What if my base is damaged on arrival?

We carefully inspect your base prior to dispatch. However sometimes production faults aren’t obvious or can be missed. If you have received a base that is faulty, email returns@basesupply.co within 7 days of receiving your order and include these details:
  • your original order number
  • your name and contact details
  • the name of the item/s
  • A photo of the fault
We'll email you instructions on how to return your base. Once we’ve received the returned item/s we will have your base assessed, if deemed faulty we’ll send out a replacement base.

Base warranty

Base will offer an exchange or refund for products found to be defective within 30 days of purchase due to a manufacturing defect. This warranty is valid only for defects deemed to be a manufacturing fault, and does not cover any damages or defects caused by normal wear and tear or misuse of the product.
If you would like to make a claim, email  returns@basesupply.co within 7 days of receiving your order and include these details:
  • your original order number
  • your name and contact details
  • the name of the item/s
  • A photo of the fault
We will email you instructions on how to return your base. Once we’ve received the returned item/s we will have your base assessed, if deemed faulty base will offer a product exchange or refund.
