Please choose your base carefully as we do not exchange or refund for change of mind. This policy doesn’t affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. 


What if my base is faulty?

We carefully inspect your base prior to dispatch. However sometimes production faults aren’t obvious or can be missed. If your base is found to have manufacturing fault, we happily will exchange it and we will also refund the cost of return shipment. If you have received a base that is faulty, email within 7 days of receiving your order and include these details:
  • your original order number
  • your name and contact details
  • the name of the item/s
  • A photo of the fault
We'll email you instructions on how to return your base. Once we’ve received the returned item/s we will have your base assessed, if deemed faulty we’ll send out your replacement base.
