Base Supply offers $10 flat rate shipping (Australia wide) for all orders under $150.

Base Supply offers FREE express shipping on orders $150 and over. (Please note we don't offer free shipping during our sale periods, our standard shipping rate applies to all orders).

We ship from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post.

All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days from when the order was placed via standard shipping (this excludes weekends and public holidays). Please note, orders may take longer to dispatch during busy sale periods.

Once your order is dispatched you’ll receive a notification email or text with shipping details so you can track your base from our door to yours. It is the buyer’s responsibility to track the delivery. You can track your order here.

When base will arrive?

 Delivery times across Australia vary. It may take 3-5 business days for your base to arrive to major cities and metro areas. Perth, Tasmania and other remote area deliveries may take 7-10 days or longer depending on the region. This excludes weekends and public holidays. 

 We do not guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame and the above is a guide only. Please ensure you leave enough time to have your base delivered, if you have any questions please reach out to


International orders.

Base Supply offers international standard shipping to New Zealand, United States & Hong Kong. Prices are calculated at cart, we offer FREE shipping on orders $250 and over. (Please note we don't offer free shipping during our sale periods).
